how can i let people access my survey through internet?

i found the survery is only working locally, if i send it to people, they cannot open the survey.
anybody can help?

I assume you are using a broadband router and are behind a NAT (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_address_translation ). Basically you need to forward traffic going to port 80 (or 8080, if using default Tomcat configuration) to your computer, which has an internal IP address.
See the documentation for your router.
The respondees must access your WAN ip. The router takes care of forwarding the traffic to your local computer.
