Installed for evaluation to Oracle's Orion-based application server. Running against an Oracle database. The oracle_create.sql file ran without any errors. As instructed, I modified the database.properties and restarted the application server.
There are no errors in the opinio.log file, and it shows a valid connection to the database:
29 Nov 2007 08:11:58 -- INFO -- Database: Oracle 29 Nov 2007 08:11:58 -- INFO -- Database: Oracle, Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options 29 Nov 2007 08:11:58 -- INFO -- Automatic database upgrade: The database is up to date.
When I attempt to navigate to http://our.server.name/opinio/admin/login.do, I am presented with a basic authentication box labelled Opinio. Typing in admin/admin gives me a 401 Unauthorized - the username/password combo is not accepted.
I can see the admin login name in the OPS_USER table along with the hash loaded from the oracle_create script. Where do I go from here?
From the log file it looks like the request never comes to Opinio. It is stopped by something else. Maybe you can ask your network administrator if he has any ideas about it? It really looks lie some kind of security issues outside Opinio.
