Upgrading to version 2.1
Posted: Mar 20, 2007 3:36 PM

I am trying to upgrade our netprobe installation to version 2.1 from version 1.2 running on Red Hat Linux. The new copy comes up in what it calls "home edition" and cannot run our normal startup command which is

./netprobe start -noip eth1

How to I fix the licensing to properly recognize our license to run this in a useful fashion. We ran into this problem every time we tried to use the beta and requested help from Object Planet, but never heard an answer that would let us run the software.

You need a new key for version 2.
To which e-mail address is the license registered to?
