I have tried to use the ticket generation page under support, that process was overthought and doesn't seem to work. How about something like support@objectplanet.com?
So I thought I would try to get some help here instead. We purchased 5 monthly licenses in October 2004. We just installed Network Probe yesterday and saw that the license count was at one until we applied the key, then the count went to zero. I thought what we were buying was 5 different one month increments of Probe and that does not appear to be what we got. Could someone there enlighten me as to what the 5 one month licenses actually means?

Sorry about that, we don't do any business overseas so we block all email addresses that have top level domains that are outside North America. I have taken .no (Norway) out of that list so you should be able to send email now.
