Scrip for -noip setting
Posted: Jun 15, 2004 10:32 AM

Anyone any ideas on how to start the probe on a particular interface (eth1 for example) with the -noip setting I've tried ./netprobe start -noip eth1 and ./netprobe start eth1 -noip but both give the same error. Seems the only way to start it is with java -jar Probe.jar -noip and this prompts interactively for the interface and can't be run non-interactively with an & at the end of the command string like this , java -jar Probe.jar -noip & . Any suggestions welcome?

What version of Network Probe are you running? I'm quite sure we added support for this in the 1.1 beta 1 version.
