Reminders - a suggestion

Currently reminders are sent only to those invitees who have not responded to a survey.
Would it be possible to develop a system whereby those people who had not completed the survey be issued with a reminder (with a different text to the non-respondents).
I would envisage this would be either:
a. Those incomplete invitees who had not responded to a sufficient number of questions (LastResponse < question x, where for example x = 75% of way through survey)
or
b. Those incomplete invitees who had not responded for a certain period of time (CompletedDate + x days)

Thank you for your suggestion. I agree that it should be possible to set a reminder for those who started but did not complete the survey.

I will add it to our request for enhancement list.

Having reminders only go to respondents who have not yet opened the survey and not to those who have partially completed the survey was a big problem for us in a 4000+ respondent study we ran. I would rank this high in priority for the Invitation Manager.

The feature has not been implemented yet, it is still on our to do-list.

Wondered if this was any nearer the top of the to-do list yet?

Yes, this feature would be a welcome addition. We would certainly utilize it.

Thought I would bump this up the topic list and wondered if it was any closer to the top of the enhancement list? If so, when can we see it being implemented?

Many thanks

I've increased the priority a little for this item, hopefully we will get this into the next release or the one after that.
