Use Survey header/survey heading for common title and section text for individual page titles.

You can use piping and add attributes from respondent object (http://www.objectplanet.com/opinio/userguide/ch03s03s05.html). Respondent attributes can be set via survey parameters or via plugin.

i tried the following, but still it is not working for me, can you guide me how to do this.

1) this is my url
http://lore:9001/opinio/s?s=52&opdata_paId=105

2) i changed the survey setup to save the url parameters.

3) i went to indivual survey and changed the heading to

Leukotriene Inhibitor Step Therapy Program for pa id= ${opdata_paId}

when i ran the survey by the above mention url, the request piping parameter is not getting replaced. and my survey heading looks like line 3.

can you guide me to fix this issue.

Thanks

Try ${paId}

From documentation:

"Enter parameter name without "opdata_", but only the attribute name itself. "

Did you created piping element with the name paId? This must be set for piping to work..

There is something you do wrong...
Here is an example, import the survey and access it with &opdata_paId=22222
