raw data format

I created a survey with 4 questions - one multiple choice (select one only), one dropdown, one rating, and one matrix. When I export the raw data and view it, I see that for the multiple choice and dropdown formats, the response category label ("yes" or "no") appears rather than 1,0 or 1,2 or some other numeric convention. For the rating and matrix, I see numeric values rather than the response category label.

I would prefer the numeric values for all items.

Can someone advise me on how to make this happen?

Thanks, Kirsten

Please read "Multiple choice, multiple selections" here:

As for Dropdown question, the numeric value is not possible, unless you set custom value for each dropdown item when creating a survey (Read section Items here: http://www.objectplanet.com/opinio/userguide/dropdown_list.html)
