Hope you can help us with Opinio invitations problem. One of our survey designers set up an invitation list for about 300 respondents. 9 days since activation the invitations are still pending.
Has anyone else come across this issue before? I have several questions:
* Is there a limit on the number of e-mail addresses that can be included into one invitation or, in other words, can the sheer size of the invitations group be slowing down the sending out of invitations? * Would it help to deactivate the invitation, and then activate it again? * Should I ask the designer any other specific questions, such as whether they entered e-mail addresses on the invitation lit manually, or them as a CSV file?
Any thoughts? I guess I should add that we are running Opinio version 5.
I have sent surveys out in groups of up to 10,000 so your 300 should not be causing the issue. It kind of sounds like a bottleneck in your e-mail gateway. I think if it hasn't sent any of them out in the 9 days then you should definitely deactivate it and start over. It should send 300 pretty quickly.
