Invitation Bug

Hi there,
Here's the bug (Using Opinio 6)
- I created a small invitation - 50 people. - The Invitation Details screen shows that only 2 invitees responded, yet that is impossible since 34 people replied and we have their answers
- Exporting survey data shows empty Email and Respondent ID fields, except for those 2 invitees, so I won't be able to cross-reference respondents with their email addresses (meaning that the survey has to be redone).
In Survey Setup, I had those settings:
- Authentication = Off - No Anonymity
Regards, Alain

Looks to me that the survey URL has been accessible by someone that has not been invited. Have you enabled authentication (by invitation)? Or is it an open survey?
What version are you running? 6.0.x? 6.1? 6.2?
Do you have an example of an invitation message sent out?

Hi Torgeir,
I'm using Opinio 6.1 Enterprise.
I have not enabled authentication by invitation, but the scenario you are describing is improbable. It would mean that of the 51 invitees, only 2 would have clicked on the URL provided in that email. How would the others have reached the survey?
Here's the invitation:

it is hard to say, really. Do you have the web server access log enabled? With this you can see the actual URL used accessing the survey.

I am having the exact same issue on 6.2.2 Enterprise. Never had it before, but I am suddenly getting responses with no invitee data and the token lockout is not working. Even though I have it set to secure by invitation, you can access the URL and take the survey.

We tested this again, and it works as intended.
If you select to prevent multiple submissions by invitations, you can't complete the same survey twice with the same invitation link. That does not mean that you cannot use the regular survey link to respond to it multiple times. If you want to prevent that, you need to enable authentication by invitation in the security section.
