Pre-populating text fields

I am having problems with getting the pre-populate functionality working in Opinio. I have 6 questions which are custom named; pre_q1, pre_q2, pre_q3, pre_q4, pre_q5, and pre_q6.

I have a .csv file set up with these parameters defined in the header, like so ....

email, pre_q1, pre_q2, pre_q3, pre_q4, pre_q5, pre_q6
testperson@test.com, field1, field2, field3, field4, field5, field6
.
.
.

Yet, the fields are not pre-populating. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Can you export and attach the survey (without responses)?
It is not necessary to give the questions custom names.

No I can't it's a company survey. But what is supposed to make the fields pre-populate? I don't understand.

I've read the documentation, and it doesn't work.

Hi,

The value for "pre_q1" depends on which question type you have. If you are using rating or multiple choice for example, the value for the first option is 1, and value for second option is 2.
The example you posted shows a value "field1" for pre_q1. What question type is it?
