Test email server plugin

Here is a plugin that tests if e-mail server works.
This is a ready-to-use plugin. Put it to the WEB-INF/plugins folder and restart the application server. The plugin is accessible from the plugin setup screen and simply asks for the e-mail address to send the test e-mail to. If you receive the test e-mail, the e-mail setup works. If not - check the log files in WEB-INF/log.
