 Inserting image logo to a survey.
Solution Here is how you can insert image or logo into a survey:

1. Go to Resources->Images->Upload
2. Upload an image
3. Select a radio button that corresponds to image you just uploaded in the "Preview column"
4. Copy the HTML code of the image (something that looks like: )
5. Insert it where you want it to be displayed (survey intro, header, footer, question text)
