Japanes, Chinese is displayed as boxes inside the charts in reports
Solution
Hi Paul,
The problem is most likely that the Japanese fonts are not located in the directory where Java is expecting to find them.
The fonts are called Kochi Gothic and Kochi Mincho (kochi-gothic-subst.ttf, kochi-mincho-subst.ttf) and can easily be found on the internet.
They should be placed in the /usr/share/fonts/ja/TrueType directory on the linux server.
It might happen that you will need to restart the application server and remove contents of the opinio/reports/files directory.
Best Regards,
